I find it a little bit intimidating to start because I'm afraid that I will fail. I'm afraid that I will spend all my energy making up a great plan but then I will not follow through.
The plan
- Find blogs to read to keep me motivate
- List the reason for I'm doing this
- Decide the day before what I'm going to eat
- Stick to it
- Do a exercise plan
- Stick to it
- Stay away from white sugar, white flour, white rice
- Have a candy day once a week
- Decide how long I'm going to go after the plan
