Planing

I find it a little bit intimidating to start because I'm afraid that I will fail. I'm afraid that I will spend all my energy making up a great plan but then I will not follow through.  



The plan
  • Find blogs to read to keep me motivate
  • List the reason for I'm doing this
  • Decide the day before what I'm going to eat
  • Stick to it
  • Do a exercise plan
  • Stick to it
  • Stay away from white sugar, white flour, white rice
  • Have a candy day once a week
  • Decide how long I'm going to go after the plan
